Join our team of volunteers for any of our youth leagues (soccer, basketball, volleyball and many more) by taking the role of referee. They are the authority on the field or court, making calls on fouls, violations, and other important events during the game. They must communicate effectively and clearly with coaches and players to ensure safety for everyone. Referees must be impartial, ensuring that no team gets an unfair advantage. They are neutral and make calls based on what they see, not on favoritism or bias. In some situations, referees might offer feedback to coaches or players to help them improve their understanding of the game or their behavior on the field.
